I own a start-up web design firm and my schedule was becoming swamped.  A colleague referred Wendy to me.  I was iffy at first, but her professionalism during our initial phone conversation proved me wrong about virtual assistants.  On top of that she is very polite.  You don’t see a lot of that anymore.  Hiring Wendy was a great business decision.  I saved MONEY and TIME!  Wendy created a database of my clients and business contacts.  She also reorganized my calendar for the month so our schedules would run more efficiently.  She is definitely somebody I would hire again.
